I became obsessed about how memory works. I spent many years trying to understand their operations. Trying to control it and worrying just by thinking of oblivion. One day I understood the absurdity. We can take a thousand photos, we can see and replay the same VHS a thousand times, we can read old letters that we treasure like precious stones in a shoe box, we can intentionally put songs from the past or tell the same story a thousand times. But maybe nothing will happen. Because we have no real control over memory and all our attempts will be in vain.
